The Oregon Processed Vegetable Commission is dedicated to maintaining and supporting diversified agriculture in Oregon by supporting the production and processing of quality vegetables.​

​

OPVC has a mission to; 

​

  • Provide value for our stakeholders: vegetable growers, processors, and customers. 

 

  • Work to promote and increase the consumption of Oregon-grown processed vegetables by increasing the knowledge and awareness of their healthy qualities and dietary value.

 

  • Support and engage in research programs and activities that benefit sustainable planning, production, harvesting, processing, marketing, and use of Oregon-grown processed vegetables.

 

  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of public policy through expressive activities, which may affect our stakeholders.
